Raised in Côte d’Ivoire, Paris and a half-dozen East Coast cities, I have a hard time answering the question “Where are you from?” at parties. Over the past seven years, I’ve put down roots in Savannah, Georgia.

I’m the editorial director at the Savannah College of Art and Design, where I lead a team of writers and guide the SCAD brand across print, web and even augmented reality. We produce content for exhibitions at the SCAD Museum of Art and SCAD FASH Museum of Fashion + Film, signature events like the Savannah Film Festival, the academic catalog, recruitment materials, the SCAD website, student and industry communications, and much more.

As a writer and journalist, I’ve covered arts and culture, crime and courts, government and politics — and the occasional alligator on the lam. My work has been featured in Savannah magazine, Savannah Homes, the McClatchy Washington Bureau news wire and the Island Packet & Beaufort Gazette, where I won first place for Reporting In Depth at the SC Press Association Awards. I also once wrote an article for Hustler, but that’s a whole ‘nother story.
